100% of the proceeds from the SUV Raffle go directly to benefit students and education this school year.
This is a charitable raffle to benefit the Education Foundation for Billings Public Schools.

Denny Menholt generously donated a 2026 Chevrolet Equinox for the 9th Annual SUV Raffle 4 Education to benefit the Education Foundation for Billings Public Schools and nearly 100 PTAs, sports teams, music programs, and student clubs and organizations in Billings Public Schools.

Thanks to the outstanding support of our community, the 2025 SUV Raffle reached an all-time record, raising $108,790 for our schools. We couldn’t be more grateful for everyone who participated. A big congratulations to our grand prize winner, Angel Shandy, who also received a $500 Circle K gas card!
Where to Buy Tickets
Raffle tickets are $10 each. The 2026 drawing will be held November 20th, 2026 and you do not need to be present to win. This is a charitable raffle benefiting the Education Foundation for Billings Public Schools (a 501c3 non-profit organization).
$6 of every ticket purchased goes to the group selling the ticket and the remaining $4 stays with the Education Foundation for BPS to invest back into our schools through teacher grants, special projects, and key programs to support students and their opportunities. You can designate the $6 to a group of your choice or the whole $10 to the Foundation.

Purchase Via Mail
Tickets can be purchased via mail. Please mail your check and ticket request prior to November 16th, 2026 to ensure it is received in time. Checks can be mailed to the below address. Please indicate in the memo if there is a specific school PTA, group, or team your ticket purchase should be credited to. The ticket stub(s) will be returned via mail to you as a receipt and confirmation of purchase.

Raffle Rules
- Tickets are $10 each.
- Checks should be made out to “Education Foundation for BPS.”
- Raffle drawing will occur on November 20, 2026.
- Need not be present to win.
- Ticket buyers and persons named on the ticket must be at least 18 years of age. (not including sellers/students)
- The Education Foundation for BPS shall have the sole discretion to determine whether the winner is an official winner of the prize, and the decision shall be final and binding.
- The winner is responsible for taxes and licensing, usually between $8k-$10k.
- The winner may decline the vehicle due to inability to cover taxes due and receive a $500 cash prize, less applicable taxes, instead. In that case, a second winner will be drawn.
- No portion of the raffle ticket may be deducted as a charitable contribution for tax purposes.
- Vehicle must be titled in the United States.
- Ticket void after the date of the drawing.
- Vehicle is not redeemable for cash or exchange.
- The grand prize is a 2026 Chevrolet Equinox. Winner responsible for all applicable taxes related to prizes.
- Tickets will be sold up to 1 hour prior to date/time of drawing.
- The winning ticket will be selected by a random drawing on the date of the raffle drawing. The Education Foundation for BPS will select the name of the potential winner of the prize in a random drawing from all eligible raffle tickets. All tickets have an equal chance to win.
- Winner must collect the prize within 30 days or the prize will be forfeited.
- There will be an unlimited number of tickets sold.
- Employees of the Education Foundation for BPS and their immediate family members (spouses and children) are ineligible to win. Additionally, employees of Denny Menholt Chevrolet are also ineligible to win.
